This past Saturday, I administered my fiftieth shot in my left thigh. It is hard to believe it has been almost a full year on hormones. As of right now, I am celebrating many first-year items.
- January 25th – Came out as Trans to Upper management at work.
- January 31st – Told people that I work with that I am transgender.
- February 2nd(today) – I changed as many documents as I could to my new name and started presenting as Fem.
- February 6th – I did my first post on this site. Hello World!
- February 16th and 17th – I met with my doctor on the 16th for the HRT prescription and on the 17th, I received my first estrogen shot.
It has been an interesting first year and I expect year two will be even more exciting.
