This week was wild. I did my injection in my right thigh. With that said, I ended up with concerns. I went to the doctor on Monday and had my estrogen levels tested. Nothing new, it is tested so that we know that my levels are not too high or too low. The range should be between 80 and 200 mL. I have done the test many times and I have been on the high end a few times but yesterday, my levels were 38 ml. My first thought was wait, I have not been hitting my muscle and my body did not absorb enough. This was not the case, Insurance, has been fighting me on covering vials. My Doctor and I received some bad information because we were told if we went from 20MG to 10 MG, insurance would cover. The insurance did not cover and we are fighting. What we did realize, is that we miscalculated my dosage. I was doing .15 ml for 20MG Vial and when we switched to 10MG we upped the dose to .30. Our plan for right now is go to .50 ml for the next three weeks. Retest and more than likely switch back to 20MG. I am sure she will have some thoughts.
