About a year ago, I thought it would be therapeutic to write down my story and how I remember it. The problem is that I am not a great writer and to most people it would seem boring or so disjointed that it would not make sense. I did write down a lot of information and stepped away right before my surgery in October of 2024. I decided to pick it back up around May of this year only to realizing that I had lost the work that I had placed in Google Drive. To this day, I do not know what I did with the information. The only thing I know for sure is that the document is gone.
I decided that losing the document was a good thing. I was trying to write this document as if it were a series of letters written to someone who is struggling with being transgender and I was offering them advice. As mentioned, I am not a writer and even though, the ideas sounded great in my mind, they did not translate well to the written language.
It is now almost a new year and a chance to go through my thoughts again and instead of trying to be fancy, I will write down what my thoughts were and my feeling on them now. I have been putting my thought on “paper” off and on for the last few months and I want to share them but I was unsure how I would like to share them. The document is slow going and if I am to be honest, I may never finish it. With that though in mind, I decided to add the sections to my blog as I finish them and if I feel happy with the results. Today, I plan to post my current Glossary of Terms, which I will grow as I post more files. The glossary has only has a few terms at the moment but as I add sections, the list will grow. My plan is to post a chapter every couple of weeks. Below are my current terms, updated as of 12/29/2025.
Glossary of Terms

- A.C.E. -> Accelerated Christian Education
- AI -> Artificial Intelligence
- ACNH -> Animal Crossings: New Horizon
- Assigned Sex -> The sex assigned at birth based on outwards appearance in most cases Male(M) if the infant has a penis or Female(F) if the infant has a vagina. In some cases Intersect(I) if the infant presents with both Male and Female genitialia(approximately 1.7%)

- Cracking the Egg -> The simple meaning is admitting that you are transgender and no longer deny who you are. An example would be I used to identify as gay until I realized that I was female. Cracking the egg is simply a metaphor for self discovery and it can manifest itself in many ways. Sometimes the egg only cracks a little bit but later it may completely crack.
- Cross-dresser -> Cross-dressing is the act of wearing clothes traditionally or stereotypically associated with a different gender.
- D
- Drag -> act of wearing clothing typically associated with the opposite gender, often for performance or entertainment purposes. This practice is commonly seen in drag shows, where performers exaggerate gender expressions, such as drag queens

- Gaslighting
- L
- LGBTQIA+ -> stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning, intersex, asexual, and includes other sexual and gender identities represented by the plus sign. This acronym is used to encompass a diverse range of sexual orientations and gender identities within the community.
- T
- Transgender (often shortened to trans) person has a gender identity different from that typically associated with the sex they were assigned at birth.

- Vaginoplasty -> Vaginoplasty is a surgery to construct a vagina. This may help you achieve your preferred gender identity.
