Today I administered my twenty-eighth shot in my right thigh. I had mentioned it before, but it bears repeating. I am glad I switched to the smaller syringe. One thing I noticed today, even though I had been told previously, the medicine is thick. You really need to push down on the plunger to administer the medicine.
In other news, I have been making it a point to go out on Friday nights and have a good time. I tend to spend a few hours at Cregeens downtown. They have reasonably priced drinks, good food, and live music starting at 10:00 PM. The other reason I go is that I know the people who work there and it is a very safe and open environment. I mention this because I have had the privilege of meeting friendly people there, and I never know when it will happen. Three weeks ago, I met a couple at the beginning of the night, and even though we did not spend a lot of time together, I got to know them a little bit. I ran into them today at the local coffee shop, and we had some excellent coffee together. Two weeks ago, I spent almost the whole evening alone; it happens sometimes. I have the staff there to keep me company. As I was walking out the door, I ran into a very young couple, one was a transgender woman, and we sat in the doorway talking for thirty minutes. Made that trip worth it. Last night, I spent the first hour or so talking to a person I went to college with, and later on, I met a different couple who were a blast, and about thirty minutes before I left met a very lovely lady. It has been a blast getting to meet new people, I wish I had done something like this earlier in life, but it is never too late to start.
I finally added a new image for my header. I took two images I made on DALL-E, and I merged them with Adobe. Below are the two original images. AI is very remarkable. I am not good with artistic work, and I know the image could be much better; however, I think the design turned out decent.
